You may enroll online and pay your administration and enrollment fee through the following form.
When you complete the enrollment application, a one-time $50.00 application fee and a $200.00 ($300.00 for Toddler) enrollment fee will charged. The enrollment fee will be returned to you only if your child cannot be enrolled by Maple Tree Montessori Academy or does not come off our waiting list. The application fee is non-refundable.
We use PayPal as our secure payment provider. You can pay using a PayPal account if you have one or as a guest using a Credit/Debit Card if you don’t!
